Do I need an account to order?

No. Checkout works as a guest — you only need a name, a phone number and a delivery address. An account is worth having if you want your order history, saved addresses and a wishlist in one place, and you need one to leave a review.

How do I pay?

Cash on delivery anywhere we ship, or bank transfer if you would rather pay up front. Bank details appear at checkout when you choose that option. We do not take card payments yet.

Is cash on delivery really available everywhere?

Everywhere our courier reaches, which is every province and territory in Pakistan. If a delivery to your area is going to be a problem, we will call you before we ship rather than let a parcel bounce back.

Question 4

Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as long as it has not shipped. Call us with your order number and we will change the address, swap a size, or cancel it outright. Once it is with the courier we can no longer redirect it.

Question 5

My discount code was rejected. Why?

Accepted Answer

The checkout says which rule the code failed — expired, already fully redeemed, below the minimum spend, or not applicable to what is in your cart. If the message does not match what you were told about the code, send it to us and we will look.

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Two to four working days to most cities, and up to six to remote areas. Orders placed after 4pm are picked up the next working day. You will get a tracking number by email and SMS when the parcel leaves us.

How much is delivery?

It depends on the province and is shown at checkout before you commit to anything. Delivery is free on orders over the threshold shown on the shipping page, which is set store-wide and can vary by zone.

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Go to the tracking page and enter your order number and the phone number you ordered with. You do not need to be signed in. The same page shows every status change with the date it happened.

Nobody was home when the courier came.

Accepted Answer

The courier will normally attempt delivery twice and call the number on the parcel first. If both attempts fail the parcel comes back to us and we will contact you to arrange a new date. There is no charge for a second attempt.

Can I return a fragrance I do not like?

Accepted Answer

An unopened bottle can come back within seven days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. An opened bottle cannot — a fragrance is a cosmetic applied to skin, and we cannot resell one that has been used. We would much rather you asked us about a blend before buying it.

Question 11

What if the bottle arrives damaged or leaking?

Photograph the parcel and the bottle before you unpack any further, and send the pictures to us within 48 hours of delivery. We replace it or refund it in full, including delivery, and we do not ask you to send the broken bottle back.

What if I received the wrong item?

Accepted Answer

Tell us and we will send the right one and collect the wrong one at our cost. That is our mistake to fix, not a return.

How long does a refund take?

Once we have the returned bottle, or once we have accepted a damage claim, refunds are issued within three working days. Bank transfers land the same or next working day. For a cash on delivery order we transfer to whichever account you give us.

How long will a blend last on skin?

Accepted Answer

Between eight and twelve hours for most of our attars, and the specific range is on every product page. Dry skin holds less and heat burns through it faster, so treat the number as a good estimate rather than a guarantee.

How much should I apply?

One dab on each wrist, and one behind each ear if you want more presence. These are oil concentrations, not eau de toilette — spraying an attar's worth of a designer perfume is roughly six times what you need here.

Are your fragrances alcohol-free?

Accepted Answer

The attars are: they are oil blends with no alcohol at all. Anything listed as EDP or EDT is alcohol-based. The concentration is stated on every product page.

Are they tested on animals?

No, and none of our suppliers test either. Two of our blends contain ambergris, which is collected rather than taken from an animal; every other animalic note in the range is synthetic.

How should I store a bottle?

Out of sunlight, away from a bathroom window, and at room temperature. Heat and light are what turn an attar. Stored properly a sealed bottle keeps for three years and an opened one for about eighteen months.

Do you make samples?

Not as a separate product. The six millilitre bottle is deliberately priced as a try-it size — it is enough for a few weeks of wear, which tells you far more than a one-off dab from a card ever would.
