Black pepper and bitter orange keep the opening from going straight to sugar.
The heart is tonka bean and cinnamon, and this is where most gourmands lose their nerve and add caramel. We added tobacco instead. It gives the sweetness something dry to lean on.
Vanilla and patchouli in the base, projecting properly for the first three hours. Evening fragrance. It is too loud for an office.
