Cardamom opens it, briefly. Then it is sandalwood for the rest of the day.
Mysore sandal is creamy and dry at the same time — milky at the front of the note and powdery at the back — and iris sits alongside it doing much the same thing. Cedarwood and tonka underneath stop it going soapy.
Almost no projection after the first hour. It becomes a skin scent and stays one.
